Option 1: Elopement Package
Okay, so you've decided to take your marriage private. Whatever the reason, that's amazing! After all, this is your day and you get to spend the majority of it with the one you love. Don't miss the opportunity to capture it. This gives you the unique opportunity to go wherever and do whatever you please on your big day. Wherever your dream destination is, I'd be honored to be alongside you and capture you journey. If you're worried or concerned about travel to a location or just traveling somewhere to far I'd be happy to help if you wish. My Wife and I have traveled to many overseas countries and top elopement destinations. I'd be happy to discuss my opinion on places to stay or best times of the year to make your big day exactly as you wish. Keep in mind though that I am open any idea/location you would like to explore, this is just giving you idea of my experiences thus far.
Includes:
• Full Wedding Day adventure with your special person, on site of your choosing. Hike/Travel/Adventure. If you can get there and want to capture your journey, I'm in!
• Potentially 1-3 separate photoshoots at different sites along the way. This depends on extent of travel and location.
- All editing services. 100 - 200+ professionally edited photos in online gallery. Small and Large Full Resolution.
- 3-5 Edited Sneak-Peaks the day after the wedding.
- Location consultation (Optional/If Requested)
Some Examples:
I will meet you at your destination, and capture your big day. I can stay multiple days or meet you just the day of the ceremony and capture the moments you wish. I am open to big ideas and my level of involvement is completely at your discretion.
A Switzerland Adventure:
Lets say you wanted to travel to Switzerland and take a train ride through the alps, do a hike, and get married at a scenic location. I could be so involved as to look into locations for you, suggest multiple hikes for you to choose, and help with best areas to stay in Switzerland. Or you can do the booking and hiking finds and I will capture your train ride, your journey to the site, your hike, and your ceremony at the scenic location. Or at a minimum, I could meet you on site of the hike and capture your hike, your vows, ceremony, and do a photoshoot on location after.
A Romantic Paris Getaway:
Okay, lets say your not as into hiking, but still want an amazing getaway and you pick Paris. I could be as involved as helping you pick locations and destinations, taking some fun travel shots of you both around Paris (think Metro photos, photos at the Eiffel Tower, eating a romantic Parisian dinner at a beautiful restaurant, and capturing your vows and ceremony at whatever location you decide on. Or, I can just meet you for the ceremony and photoshoot the day of. It is up to you.

Option 2: Wedding Package
You decided to keep it more traditional and invite some friends and family, totally get it. This is actually what my wife and I landed on when making the big decision. For my preferred weddings, these are still intimate in size (think 60 Persons or less). Big enough to be a party, but not so big that we need to book out an entire beachfront condominium.
That being said, if this is a destination wedding, I am still happy to help on deciding on locations IF you ask my opinion. For this package, I am with you your whole wedding day and also include a separate couples photoshoot for the bride and groom, or bridals on a separate day before or after the wedding. With this package you will get your whole wedding day experience captured. This includes photos of getting ready, ceremony, reception, group photos, the after-party, and possibly some special family photos as requested in our one-on-one consultation.

- 8 hours the day of the wedding.
- 1 hour Couple/Bridal session before or after the wedding at same or secondary location.
- All editing services. 150 - 300+ professionally edited photos in online gallery. Small and Large Full Resolution.
- 3-5 Edited Sneak-Peaks the day after the wedding.
- Location consultation (Optional/If Requested)
Some Examples:
My Wedding (Silverthorne, CO):
I'll give you my wedding as an example of this. We did not want to exclude the whole family, but still wanted it to be fairly small an intimate. So we booked a large house for the wedding party and got a group discount at a local hotel in Silverthorne, CO (just north of Breckinridge). The wedding took place at a scenic overlook in the afternoon and my Wife and I did a hike to the top of a nearby mountain early the morning of to do our vows privately (with a photographer). The photographer stayed with us throughout the day and captured our morning vows/hike, and then came back later to capture getting ready for the ceremony, the ceremony at the overlook, the reception, and the after party.
My wife and I loved this style of wedding because it let us get our adventure in but also allowed us to have some family and friends around to share as well.
Kauai Getaway:
A beautiful destination wedding at a venue in Kauai, Hawaii. Maybe you decide to do some private beach photos for bridals or as a couple. Then, later in the day we meet back up at the venue to capture vows, ceremony, family/friends photos, after party, etc. I can personally vouch for Kauai and suggest some beautiful locations as I've been there and plan to go again soon!
My Process
Lets get the epic photos you've dreamed of. Take the trip. It's worth it.
Note: While this is the standard process, please know that as your photographer, I'm always available for a quick text/call to discuss ideas.
1. Inquiry / Get to know you
Discuss big ideas and themes of your big day. Get to know you both, tell me your story. Are you traveling? How big is your wedding? Are you eloping or doing a small destination wedding? What vibes are you going for? This is all free of charge and will end in me providing you a quote/ contract and some things for you to think about prior to our next meeting.
2. Confirmation / Travel Booking / Photo Ideas
Following booking, we will have a call to discuss specifics of travel if it is necessary. Here we will discuss where I will make my bookings in advance. If you ask for my advice on travel this would also be the meeting to discuss more specific options/hikes/areas of travel in the country/region that we discussed in the first meeting. Sometimes, this meeting turns into two, and that's OK. The location might be the most important part of all of this and sometimes it takes some time to nail down. Here we will also discuss some ideas and preferences on photos you'd like to get. Often I give couples ideas and they get back to me with some of their wants and preferences shortly after.
3. Third Meeting (Wedding on the Horizon)
This meeting will be a little closer to the wedding (maybe 1 month out depending on how things are moving). Some of what we discuss here is timing of events, Bridals + Private Couples session timing, any specific concerns or worries, and any special requests. I've likely given you some ideas for photos to think about at this point and we can discuss any thoughts you've had or changes you'd like to make.
4. Final Meeting
This will be our final meeting before getting to the venue/destination. This is likely just a short call confirming that timing of events has remained the same, travel is still a go, and discuss anything necessary to make sure the day of you wedding goes as smooth as possible.
