My Purpose and Passion
In life, few things are as important as your story. If you think about it, it is truly what makes us human. To be human is to laugh, to cry, to hug a loved one, to be there for each other, and to one day remember it all and smile, or cry, or just be... real. To many of us, it takes just a simple photo or snippet of a certain song to reach back into our core and make us smile, or cry, or feel loved. This is because ultimately in the end it is our story that defines us.  As a photographer, I will always have to get the posed photos, the planned shots, but my real goal is to capture candid moments, capture the fun, the inside joke giggles, the passion, the love,  the memories...THE STORY.  Your story. Your family. Your memories. To be stopped, frozen in time, to be shared with you, your loved ones, and friends forever. So that one day, maybe you will look back at that photo and feel something, that something that makes us all human. To make you feel the moment as if you were there, even for a second, once more.
My Story
I grew up on a small farm just north of Houston, Texas in the small town of Richards, Texas. I have had a passion for photography since I was young. I started my photography journey with an iPhone... an old one. Taking photos of animals around the farm, sunsets, astrophotography, and some travel. I then progressed into more professional photography when in college taking photos for graduations, family shoots, couples, maternity, and a few weddings.

I fell in love in High School and am lucky to say that I live life loving my best friend and the best partner a one could ask for.  My wife Mariah and I were married August 8th, 2022 on the side of a mountain in Silverthorne, Colorado USA. Our wedding style, a small destination wedding, is part of what inspired me to start elopement and wedding photography. We now live with our little weenie dog Strider in College Station, TX.

In addition to this,  I have a passion to see the world. My wife and I began traveling more following college. Trips to Hawaii, Washington, France, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Colorado, New Hampshire, and more. These trips made me fall in love with travel and taught me amazing editing skills as well as develop my unique photographic styles further. Since this I have combined the two of my passions into many of the photos you see more recently. I now use my combination of travel skills / knowledge of beautiful locations with my passion and purpose of capturing story to capture elopement and destination wedding photography. My goal its to travel as much as possible, capturing these beautiful moments for couples and be able to photograph some of the most beautiful parts of the world at the same time.
